TITLE
An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, approving and adopting an amendment to the City's Zoning Map to rezone approximately 566 acres of land generally located at the northwest corner of Murphy Road and Farrell Road within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits, from General Rural (GR) to Planned Area Development (PAD) as described in Case #PAD 21-09. The parcel of land is located in Section 33, Township 4 South, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 22-02, a request by Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. on behalf of Kernit Rankin of Maricopa Harman LLLP, to create the Anderson Farms Planned Area Development (PAD), including the creation of the development land use plan, permitted uses, and development standards for Anderson Farms, a proposed mixed-use, master planed community. The property is generally located at the northwest corner of Murphy Road and Farrell Road.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
On December 12, 2021, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning case #PAD21-09, and adopt Ordinance 22-02.
