TITLE

St. Gabriel Way.  Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Joann Ortega has submitted a Special Event Permit Application to hold a special event known as the 12th Annual Parish Festival on February 7, 2020 - February 9, 2020 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 18700 N. St. Gabriel Way.  Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church would like to host this fundraiser to raise money for their church building fund.  Staff has reviewed, commented and met with the applicant regarding their event plan.  Everything is moving forward in the planning process to ensure satisfaction and safety of all parties.

 

This item will be presented by Nathan Ullyot, Community Services Director.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve the Special Event Liquor License for the 12th Annual Parish Festival on February 7, 2020 - February 9, 2020.
