TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 15-07, a request by the City of Maricopa to amend the city's zoning map to include the Mixed-Use  Heritage Overlay District (Zoning Code, Article 303). The overlay district will generally be located within a portion of the Heritage District redevelopment area.  DISCUSSION AND ACTION.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
On April 23 the Heritage Advisory Committee and on May 11 the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommend the City Council approve Zoning Case#ZON15-02, and adopt Ordinance 15-07.
