A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, adopting the Policy Guidelines and Application Procedures for the establishment of Community Facilities Districts. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
Review of all sections of the policy to determine that such sections are satisfactory in the establishment of a Community Facilities District and the applicable guidelines and application requirements for doing so. No Council approved policy or procedure currently exists.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Mayor and City Council approve a resolution adopting the new City of Maricopa Community Facilities District policy.
