TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to ratify the Purchase and Sale Agreement with ETP Investments, LLC, related to the sale of 1.714 acres of real property generally located north of W. Bowlin Road between N. Maya Angelou Drive and Park Plaza, Pinal County, and legally described and depicted as LOT 4E & LOT 4F on Exhibit A, for $597,294.72 and authorizing the City Manager to execute any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
