AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on Zoning Overlay case # ZON15-01, a request by the City of Maricopa amending the city's zoning map to inlcude the Transportation Corridor Overlay District (Zoning Code, Article 301). The overlay district will generally be located within 150 feet from the property line/right-of-way of all major highways in the city (SR-238, SR-347/John Wayne Pkwy and Maricopa Casa Grande Hwy).
 
 
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council hold the public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed Zoning Overlay request case number ZON15-01.
