The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on Zoning Overlay case # ZON15-02, a request by the City of Maricopa amending the city's zoning map to inlcude the Mixed Use - Heritage Overlay District (Zoning Code, Article 303). The overlay district will generally be located within a portion of the Heritage District redevelopment area.
 
 
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council hold the public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed Zoning Overlay request case number ZON15-02.
