TITLE
An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, amending the zoning requirements as described in Zoning Case PAD 19-02 for Stonegate Planned Area Development (PAD) for approximately 3.84 acres generally situated on the southwest corner of Alan Stephens Parkway and Stonegate Road within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The parcels of land are situated in a portion of Section 35 of Township 4 South, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 19-09, amendment to Ordinance 08-07. A request by Sanks and Associates, LLC on behalf of Maricopa Stonegate, LLC, to amend the Stonegate Planned Area Development (PAD) Ordinance 08-07, proposed modifications to the development plan, permitted uses, and site development standards. The property is generally located at the southwest corner of Alan Stephens Parkway and Stonegate Road.
On July 8, 2019 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # PAD19-02, and adopt Ordinance 19-09.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff finds the submittal items of PAD19-02 to be significantly compliant with Sec. 510.04 of City of Maricopa Zoning Code.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of case # PAD19-02 subject to the conditions stated in the staff analysis exhibit.
