TITLE

An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, amending the zoning requirements as described in Zoning Case Planned Area Development (PAD) 20-05 for the Stonegate PAD which is approximately 54 acres generally situated on the northwest corner of Alan Stephens Parkway and Stonegate Road within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The parcels of land are situated in a portion of Section 35 and 36 of Township 4 South, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona.  Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 20-19, amendment to Ordinance 19-09. A request by Sketch Architecture Company, on behalf of Maricopa Stonegate, LLC,  to amend the Stonegate Planned Area Development (PAD) Ordinance 19-09, proposed modifications to the development land use plan, permitted uses, and development standards. The property is generally located at the northwest corner of Maricopa Casa Grande Highway and Stonegate Road

 

On November 9, 2020 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # PAD20-05, and adopt Ordinance 20-05.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of case # PAD20-05 subject to the conditions stated in the staff analysis exhibit.
