City Manager Benjamin Bitter will present the Budget and Finance Council
Subcommittee with the City's preliminary draft Capital Improvement 10-Year Plan for
fiscal year 2026-2027.
The Budget and Finance Subcommittee will meet to discuss general budget and finance
items including, but not limited to, items related to any and all City programs and
financial policies.

This meeting is open to the public. All interested persons are welcome to
attend. Council members of the City of Maricopa City Council will attend either in person
or by telephonic conference or video communication. Supporting documents and staff
reports, if any, which were furnished to the City Council with this agenda, are available for

start time.
