The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m.

Executive Session
The Maricopa City Council went into executive session, which is not open to the public,
to discuss the matters listed below pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431-03.

ES 26-07
The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session for the purpose of
discussion or consultation with the City Attorney and designated representatives of the
City in order to discuss the process for a formal and informal employment evaluation
as set forth in the current Employment Agreement with the City Manager, to give
direction on how to proceed and for legal advice regarding the same, pursuant to
A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), (A)(3) and (A)(4).
