The Committee will approve the minutes from the January 12, 2026 meeting.

A motion was made by Committee Member Olivieri, seconded by Committee  
Member McCarthey, that the minutes from the January 12, 2026 meeting be  
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

The Committee will hear and discuss information about Plein Air Arts events presented  
by Councilmember Liermann. Discussion Only.  
Presentation was made indicating it was for all ages, selecting art areas events apply  
for sponsorship.

The Committee will hear reports from the chair and committee members. Discussion

Heritage Park Ribbon cutting February 24.

The Committee will hear and discuss the City Arts Survey data presentation by Quinn  
Konold. Discussion and Recommendation.  
Travis Orian shared a pie graph with raw data received from seventy-seven surveys  
taken. The Committee discussed distribution efforts during Copa Cultural Night Market  
in hopes to receive more feedback.

The Committee will review and discuss committee participation and objectives at Copa  
Cultural Night Market. Discussion and Recommendation.  
The committee volunteers may begin arriving at 1:30pm. The Committee will share the  
public art display schedule, the survey by print, digitally and art interaction, host  
interactive art and a map

CAAC 26-14  
The Committee will discuss taking on oversight of the second City Hall Art Gallery, and  
establishing differentiating if there will be an artist and youth artist gallery. Discussion  
and Action.  
D. Lemorin motioned to approve the committee taking on the oversight of the second  
City Hall Art Gallery. Angela Howell will continue hosting a youth artist gallery. L. Oliveri  
seconded.  
A motion was made by Committee Member Lemorin, seconded by Committee  
Member Olivieri to approve the committee taking on the oversight of the  
second City Hall Art Gallery. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

CAAC 26-15  
The Committee will discuss future agenda items and next meeting date. Discussion  
and Recommendation.  
Next meeting will be Monday March 16, 2026 at 6:00PM.
