The meeting was called to order at 5:08 p.m.

Executive Session  
The Maricopa City Council went into executive session, which is not open to the public,  
to discuss the matters listed below pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431-03.  
3.1  
ES 26-03  
The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session for the purpose of  
discussion or consultation with the City's attorney to consider its position and instruct  
representatives regarding the pending claims filed against the City including, but not  
limited to, updates on the statute of claims filed by Estrella Gin Business Park, LLC,  
and claims filed by S3 Biotech, LLC, Copper Sky Hotel and Residential Group, LLC,  
and Copper Sky Extended Care Group, LLC pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3) and  
(A)(4).
