The Committee will approve the minutes from the January 12, 2026 meeting.
Discussion and Action.
A motion was made by Committee Member Rein, seconded by Committee
Member Walker, that the minutes from the January 12, 2026 meeting be
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

Call to the Public
Randy inquired about status of the Shred-A-Thon, possibly to search for a private
business to do it. Discussion only

Committee heard report from staff liaison, Travis Orian and Brenda spoke of new
employee , Donna, at the Community Center. SAC asked to attend the State of the
City, at Desert Sunrise to accept the Mike Riggs Award given posthumously for Joan
on February 11. Copa Culture February 21, Tommy
Fitzgerald memorial dedication February 28.
