Executive Session
The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session, which is not open to the
public, to discuss certain matters pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.

The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session for the purpose of discussion
or consultation with the City's attorney to consider its position and instruct
representatives regarding the pending claims filed against the City by Estrella Gin
Business Park, LLC, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3) and (A)(4).
The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session for the purpose of discussion
or consultation with the City's attorney to consider its position and instruct
representatives regarding the pending claims filed against the City by S3 Biotech, LLC,
Copper Sky Hotel and Residential Group, LLC, and Copper Sky Extended Care Group,
LLC, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A)(3) and (A)(4).

The Maricopa City Council may go into executive session for the purpose of discussion
or consultation with the City Attorney and designated representatives of the City in order
to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding the proposed Third
Amendment to Development Agreement and the Consent and Subordination of Lender
with TTRG AZ Maricopa Honeycutt Development, LLC, TTRG AZ Maricopa Honeycutt 5,
LLC, TTRG AZ Maricopa Honeycutt 6, LLC, and TTRG AZ Maricopa Honeycutt 7, LLC
and Thompson Thrift Development, Inc. related to Phase II of Southbridge Marketplace
and the terms thereof; and legal advice regarding the same, pursuant to A.R.S.
§38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4).
