The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on recommending  
approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for a Extension of  
Premises/Patio Permit application submitted by Amanda Atler on behalf of Mandy's Wine  
Bar for a special event to be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Mandy's Wine  
Bar, 41600 W. Smith-Enke Road, Suite 120, A2. Discussion and Action.
