The current IGA dated July 5, 2016 and Amendment No. 1 dated May 7, 2018, designates the State of Arizona, acting by and through its Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to serve as the City’s authorized agent for the roadway project and allows the use of federal funds for the project. The federal funds and local match designated for the project in the current IGA and Amendment No. 1 are $4,080,398 federal and $340,498 local for a total of $4,420,896. With Amendment No. 2, the federal funds and local match increased to $4,888,018 federal and $519,022 local for a total of $5,407,040.
