TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve Subdivision Case # SUB22-17, Final Plat for Maricopa 40, a request for final plat approval subdividing approximately 40.43 acres of land into 184 single-family residential lots. Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Subdivision Final Plat (SUB22-17): CVL Consultants, on behalf of Emmerson Holdings, LLC, is requesting final plat approval for Maricopa 40, subdividing approximately 40.43 acres of land into 184 single-family residential lots and ten (10) tracts. The proposed development is generally located one quarter mile north of the northwest corner of Steen Road and Murphy Road.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of the final plat subdivision application SUB22-17, Final Plat for Maricopa 40, subject to the conditions of approval stated in the staff report.
