TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve Subdivision Case # SUB23-07, Final Plat for Reinsman Commons, a request for final plat approval to subdivide +/- 20.17 acres of land into three (3) Lots and one (1) Tract for a residential subdivision. Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Subdivision Final Plat (SUB) 23-07: HilgartWilson, LLC, on behalf of DBG Properties, LLC, is requesting final plat approval for the “Final Plat for Reinsman Commons” a request for final plat approval to subdivide +/- 20.17 acres of land into three (3) Lots and one (1) Tract. The proposed development is generally located east of the N. John Wayne Pkwy. and W. Honeycutt Ave. intersection.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of the final plat subdivision application SUB23-07, Final Plat for Reinsman Commons, subject to the conditions of approval stated in the staff report.
