AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The subject site is about 2 acres of City owned property.  This is a city-initiated request to amend the General Plan future land use designation of the site from Mixed Use (MU) to Employment (E). 

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of case GPA23-03, subject to the conditions of approval stated in this staff report, and as amended by the Mayor and City Council.
