TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City desires to buy approximately 0.1651 acres of real property located in the City of Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona, a portion of Assessor Parcel No. 510-300040. It will support the needs of Maricopa residents and will also promote economic growth in the area.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the ratification of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions with The Kelly Family Revocable Trust dated May 24, 2005  and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement, any future amendments to extend closing and any other necessary closing documents related to this agreement.
