TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 23-06, a request by TerraWest Communities, on behalf of JEN Arizona 63 LLC,, to amend the City's Zoning Map, rezoning approximately 308 acres, from Hartman Ranch Planned Area Development to Arden Trails Planned Area Development (PAD) integrated single-family master-planned community. The site is generally located at the southwest corner of Steen Road and the Anderson Road alignment.

 

On January 9, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve Case # PAD22-15.
