PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning and Zoning Commission shall discuss and take action on a request by Shannon Francoeur of TerraWest Communities, on behalf of JEN Arizona 63 LLC, for a Zoning Map Amendment on approximately 308 acres of land, rezoning the site from Hartman Ranch Planned Area Development (PAD) to Arden Trails Planned Area Development (PAD).  The property is generally located at the southwest corner of Steen Road and the Anderson Road alignment. DISCUSSION AND ACTION.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
