PUBLIC HEARING: A request by the City of Maricopa to rezone approximately 8.47 acres from existing underlying CR-3 (Single Family Residential) zoning and the overlay Lakes at Rancho El Dorado PAD (Planned Area Development District), to OS-PR (Parks and Recreation Open Space).
