AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 22-31, a request by the City of Maricopa, to amend approximately 21.52 acres of the General Plan Future Land Use Map, more specifically, Pinal County parcel number 502-03-012M (portion thereof), from existing Public/Institutional (P) to High Density Residential (H) located south and east of the southeast corner of N. White and Parker Rd. and Lococo St.

 

On July 11, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve case # GPA22-07, and adopt Resolution 22-37.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On July 11, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve case # GPA22-07, and adopt Resolution 22-37.
