TITLE
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, approving and adopting an amendment to the City's Zoning Map to rezone approximately 21.52 acres of land generally located south and east of the southeast corner of N. White and Parker Rd. and Lococo St., within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits, from Transitional (TR) to High Density Residential (HR),as described in case # ZON22-02. The parcel of land is located in a portion of Section 30, of Township 4 South, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 22-14, a request by the City of Maricopa to rezone approximately 21.52 acres, more specifically, Pinal County parcel number 502-03-012M (portion thereof), from existing Transitional (TR) to High Density Residential (HDR) located south and east of the southeast corner of N. White and Parker Rd. and Lococo St.
On July 11, 2022, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Case # ZON22-02, and adopt Ordinance 22-14.
