The parcel of land is located in a portion of Section 30, of Township 4 South, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 22-14, a request by the City of Maricopa to rezone approximately 21.52 acres, more specifically, Pinal County parcel number 502-03-012M (portion thereof), from existing Transitional (TR) to High Density Residential (HDR) located south and east of the southeast corner of N. White and Parker Rd. and Lococo St.

 

On July 11, 2022, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Case # ZON22-02, and adopt Ordinance 22-14.
