The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on approving the 2022-2025 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Maricopa Sergeants Council, City of Maricopa Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #78. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The City of Maricopa and the Maricopa Police Sergeants Council, City of Maricopa Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #78 have bargained in good faith and have reached a complete agreement concerning wages, hours, benefits and other conditions of employment, for a term of three years.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Mayor and City Council approve and adopt this agreement between the City of Maricopa and the Maricopa Police Sergeants Council, City of Maricopa Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #78.
