TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on approving the 2022-2025 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Professional Firefighters of Maricopa, IAFF Local 4561.  Discussion and Action.

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City of Maricopa and the IAFF Local 4561 have bargained in good faith and have reached a complete agreement concerning wages, hours, benefits and other conditions of employment, for a term of three years.  

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends Mayor and City Council approve and adopt this MOU between the City of Maricopa and IAFF Local 4561.
