AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 22-25, a request by the City of Maricopa on behalf of David Bohn of BFH Group to amend the city’s General Plan Land Use Map, approximately 16.10 acres from  Employment (E) to High Density Residential (HDR). The site is generally located at the southeast corner of Stonegate Road and Alan Stephens Parkway.

 

On April 25, 2022 the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve Case #GPA21-07, and adopt Resolution 22-25.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On April 25, 2022 the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve Case #GPA21-07, and adopt Resolution 22-25.
