Subdivision Final Plat (SUB) 21-36, Hancock Gunsmoke: Bowman Consultants, on behalf of Hancock Communities, is requesting final plat approval to combine 27.79 acres of land into a single lot and dedicating necessary right-of-way and easements for the development of a multi-family community at the southwest corner of Honeycutt Road and Gunsmoke Road. , within the incorporated limits of Maricopa. STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of final plat subdivision application number SUB 21-36, Hancock Gunsmoke, subject to the conditions of approval stated in this staff report.
