TITLE
An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, adopting "2021 Amendments to Title 17: Subdivision and Title 18: Zoning" by reference to amend certain provisions of the Maricopa City Code and providing for severability and the effective date thereof. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 22-03, case # TXT21-02, a request by the City of Maricopa to amend the City of Maricopa Subdivision and Zoning Code, by reference and to update the provision therein.
On February 14, 2022 the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # TXT21-02 and to adopt Ordinance 22-03.
