TITLE

Hartman Road within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits, from Single Family Residential (CR-3), General Rural (GR) and General Commercial (CB-2) to Planned Area Development (PAD) as described in Case #PAD 21-07. The parcel of land is located in Section 9, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 21-23, a request by Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. on behalf of Kernit Rankin of Maricopa Harman LLLP,  to create the Sanctuary Planned Area Development (PAD), including the creation of the development land use plan, permitted uses, and development standards for Sanctuary a proposed mixed-use, master planed community. The property is generally located at the northeast corner or W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and N. Hartman Road.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On November 08, 2021, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning case #PAD21-07, and adopt Ordinance 21-23.
