TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 21-14, a request by Pew & Lake on behalf of Hancock Communities, to amend the designated land use for approximately 28 acres of land generally located on the southwest corner of Honeycutt Road and Gunsmoke Road, within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits, from General Business (CB-2) to Multiple Unit Residential (RM) as described in Case #ZON21-02. The land is located in a portion of Section 25 of Township 4 South, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Pinal County, Arizona.

 

On July 12, 2021 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve case # ZON21-02, and adopt Ordinance 21-14.
