TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Updates the code due to the title change from administrative services director to assistant city manager and allows the city manager to delegate authority to the assistant city manager to execute contracts for the departments he/she is responsible for provided the costs are authorized in the current budget.
