AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The CDBG program requires all local leveraged funds and resources be committed in the form of a resolution by the governing body.
This resolution commits funds to assist in the completion of Edwards Avenue Fencing, for an estimated project cost of $202,763. The total award from ADOH is $182,844 and the total amount leveraged from the City of Maricopa is $20,000. Funding is programmed in FY22 Capital Improvement Plan, funding source 352 and project number 38058.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 21-22.
