TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 21-18,  A request by Sandbox Development Consultants, to amend the designated land use for approximately 18.82 acres of land from a Commercial (C) designation to High Density Residential (HDR) as identified in the General Plan. Located at the southeast corner of Honeycutt Road. and Hartman Road, within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The parcel of land is located in a portion of Section 28 of Township 4 South, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommends approval of Case # GPA21-01 subject to the conditions stated in the staff analysis exhibit.
