TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve a final plat for the "Estrella Gin" light industrial/office development, case #SUB21-04. Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Construction Solutions Company is requesting final plat approval for the “Estrella Gin” light industrial/office development, dividing Lot 1 of the Amended Plat of Estrella Business Park.  This replat will create two total lots plus dedicate a 60’ wide right of way for an internal public road.  Generally located on the northwest corner of Edison Road and Roosevelt Avenue, a portion of the west half of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve final plat case #SUB21-04 as presented by Staff.
