A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, declaring as a public record that certain document filed with the City Clerk and entitled "2021 Amendments to Title 18: Zoning" relating to the update of rules and regulations relating to zoning within the City of Maricopa and amending certain provisions of Chapter 18.05 through 18.205 of the Maricopa City Code. AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 21-09, case # TXT20-04, a request by the City of Maricopa to amend the City of Maricopa Zoning Code, specifically Division 2 Base Zoning Districts, Chapter 18.75, 18.77, 18.80, 18.90, 18.120, 18.135, 18.140. 18.205, 18.95, 18.105, and Section 18.200.040 and 18.165.020, and to update the provision therein.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
On February 8, 2021 the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended the City Council to approve Text Amendment case # TXT20-04, amend the City of Maricopa Zoning Code, specifically Division 2 Base Zoning Districts, Chapter 18.75, 18.77, 18.80, 18.90, 18.120, 18.135, 18.140. 18.205, 18.95, 18.105, and Section 18.200.040 and 18.165.020, and to update the provision therein.
