The State of Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control requires that an Application for Special Event License be approved by local government before submission to their office.
In preparation for the Salsa Night Market that is planned for March 27, 2021 at Copper Sky, Pat Kieny has applied for Councils' consideration in recommending approval for the special event liquor license.
The concept of the event is to create a craft and artisan vendor and food focused event around the theme of salsa with a craft beer garden. We will be charging for parking and strongly encouraging pre-sale parking. This event will follow CDC-recommended guidelines. Masks are REQUIRED for guests, staff and vendors; Demarcated guides (i.e. paint, tape, cones, barriers) 6' apart will be required for all vendor lines.
