TITLE

Rancho El Dorado Phase III HOA is requesting final plat approval for a replat of Rancho El Dorado Phase III subdivision, parcel 33, Tract Q1, previously recorded in Pinal County, Cabinet F, Slide 187. Generally located at the southwest corner of Placone Ln. and Powers Pkwy. Lying within the west half of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona.  Discussion and Action.
