AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 20-39,  A request by Sketch Architecture Company on behalf of Maricopa Stonegate LLC, to amend the designated land use for approximately 46 acres of land from an Employment (E) designation to Mixed Use (MU) as identified in the General Plan. Located at the northwest corner of Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy and Stonegate Road, within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The land is situated in a portion of Section 35 and 26 of Township 4 South, Range 3 east of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action

On August 24, 2020 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve case # GPA 20-06, and adopt Resolution 20-39
