TITLE
An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, approving and adopting an amendment to the City's Zoning Map to zone certain property described in Zoning Case #ZON 20-01, for approximately 1.69 acres of land generally located east of Porter Road and south of Honeycutt Road within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The parcel of land is located in a portion of Section 25 of Township 4 South, Range 3 east of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 20-15, a request by Lesley Partch (architect) on behalf of Chrystal and Kent O’Jon to rezone approximately 1.69 acres from existing General Business (CB-2) to High Density Residential (RH) generally located east of Porter Road south of Honeycutt Road, a portion of Pinal County assessor number 510-71-018A.
On July 27, 2020 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Case # ZON 20-01, and adopt Ordinance 20-15.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of Case # ZON 20-01 subject to the conditions stated in the staff analysis exhibit.
