TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to ratify the 2020-2022 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Professional Firefighters of Maricopa- IAFF Local 4561. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On June 2, 2020, Mayor and City Council approved MOU 20-03, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Professional Firefighters of Maricopa- IAFF Local 4561. The version of the MOU attached to the Council packet on June 2, 2020 inadvertently included an Appendix that was not updated to reflect the negotiated agreement between the parties. The MOU has been subsequently updated to contain the proper Appendix and no other substantive changes have been made to the MOU.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council ratify the 2020-2022 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Professional Firefighters of Maricopa- IAFF Local 4561 that contains the proper Appendix.
