TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City Manager and Administrative Services is presenting to the Mayor and Council the Sick Leave Policy changes based on the recent MOU agreements.

 

Specifically proposed:

Purpose: Sick Time is a fringe benefit to be used when the employee or a family member of the employee is ill or injured.

 

This item will be presented by Assistant City Manager, Jennifer Brown.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends Mayor and City Council approve a resolution amending City of Maricopa Personnel Policies and Procedures regarding Sick Time within the 5.0 Personnel Leave Policy.
