TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve the 2020-2022 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Maricopa Sergeants Council - Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #78. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
This MOU is based on meetings between management staff and representatives of the Maricopa Sergeants Council - Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #78. These meetings took place in accordance with the Meeting and Conferring requirements of the City Code.
