TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to ratify a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions with Revilo, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company for the purchse of approximately 6 acres generally located on Wilson Avenue between W. Madison Avenue and W. Garvey Avenue for a purchase price of $650,000.00.  Discussion and Action. 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City desires to purchase 6 acres of property located on Wilson Avenue for future City facilities.  This purchase will ensure the development near the future Pinal County complex is consistent and beneficial to the City and will assist with the infill development of the City's Heritage District. 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 Staff recommends approval of the ratification of the Purchase and Sale agreement and Escrow Instructions with Revilo, LLC.
