TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving an amendment to the Employment Agreement with Ricky Horst. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On April 24, 2018, The Mayor and City Council approved an Employment Agreement with Ricky Horst to serve as the City Manager ("Agreement"). The parties would now like to amend that Agreement to address future compensation, the addition of paid executive leave and an updated performance evaluation process.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve the amendment to the Employment Agreement with Ricky Horst.
