TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve a proposed amendment to the existing final plat for the Estrella Gin Business Park, case # SUB19-08. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The City of Maricopa proposes an amendment to the Estrella Gin Business Park Plat, by creating a new two (2) acre parcel. The site is generally located at the southwest and northwest corner of Edison Road and Roosevelt Avenue, within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The site is zoned “LI” Light Industrial Zone.
