TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action recommending approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control regarding an application submitted by Kim Kwiatkowski on behalf of Circle K Store #3486 which is located at 41433 W. Honeycutt Road. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
Circle K is requesting approval of a license application for their store which is located at 41433 W. Honeycutt Road. The application that was submitted to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is attached.
The City Council previously recommended approval for a Series 7: Beer/Wine application on October 4, 2016. This application is for a Series 9: Liquor Store application. The application was previously reviewed by the Maricopa Police Department. They had no concerns with the application.
The City Council is only recommending approval of the application to the State. Final approval will be given by the State at a later time.
This item will be presented by City Clerk Vanessa Bueras.
