TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possible take action to approve the Council Discretionary Funds Policy. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
As part of the budget process, each Fiscal Year discretionary funds may be approved for the Mayor and each Council member. The limits for such funds shall continue to be subject to the annual budget process. The purpose of this Council Discretionary Funds Policy is to provide guidance on the proper procedure and appropriate uses of such funds.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council discuss and approve the Council Discretionary Funds Policy.
